  9. Keep credentials private. Any action taken with your keys is treated
  10. as taken by you. Suspicious activity should be reported to
  11. security@projectxprotocol.dev.

  14. Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time. Refunds
  15. within seven days of the first charge on a plan.

  18. The software is delivered as-is. Do not use it to move funds you
  19. cannot afford to lose without your own audit.

  21. ## termination
  22. We may suspend accounts for abuse, unpaid balances, or unlawful use.
  23. You can delete your account whenever you like.

  26. Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the courts of New Castle County.
